How will I know if I win? We will notify you with a congratulations email through the email address that was supplied. In this email, we will ask for your shipping address and telephone number.

Will I have to pay shipping, insurance or taxes? No, we will ship your gift to you free of charge.

When do the drawings take place? We will draw for a winner on the first of every month for the previous month. The winner will be notified by the next business day via email. The winner will have 3 days to supply us with shipping information. If we do not hear from you in 3 days, you will forfeit your soy candle(s) and we will draw another name.

Will my name be posted anywhere as a winner? Yes, we will post your first name only and the state you reside in on this page and in our monthly newsletter.

How will the free candle(s) be shipped? We will ship your free soy candle(s) by UPS ground or USPS. We will send you an email with the estimated date of delivery.
