Return Policy

We are so sure you will love our candles; that we stand behind the quality in every candle we make. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason*, please contact us at CustomerService@SimplyScentsible.com.  We may ask you to return the product to us. Once we receive the product, we will replace the item for a similar item of your choice or refund your money.  Please note we do not reimburse for shipping charges.  While we do hand pack every candle to arrive safely, accidents happen.  Should your candles arrived damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

* Due to our candles being poured in small batches, there may be slight color variations from batch to batch. For this reason, we cannot accept returns based on color.

Please note: Occasionally we may run out of stock on any item. We will do our best to contact you by email and/or telephone to notify you of the situation. If we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to make similar substitutions so your order can be sent out in a timely manner. If this is not satisfactory to you, please send back the item(s) and you will be refunded your money, less shipping.
